
Junior High and High School boys basketball will go to Buffalo Team Camp on Monday. The bus will leave from Mutual at 6:45 a.m. and from Sharon at 7:00 a.m.

If your student/athlete is interested in playing sports in college, make sure you set them up in the NCAA Eligibility Center at https://web3.ncaa.org/ecwr3/ and notify Mrs. Hopper so she can ensure your student/athlete takes the classes necessary for eligibility.

Friday June 21st boys basketball will have meet the new coaches and open gym starting with Junior High at 11:00 a.m. and High School at 12:00. Boys basketball camp at Buffalo will be June 24-26.

Do to a scheduling conflict the Regular Board Meeting on Monday, June 10th has been canceled.
A Special Board Meeting has been scheduled for Monday, June 17th at 6:45 PM in Sharon.
We will live-stream the meeting and post the Board Packet as usual.

If you receive an email from Sylogist the district's student information system stating your child has been rejected, please disregard the email. The system had an item in it from last year's online enrollment which would keep you from enrolling your student for 2024-2025 online. Online enrollment will begin sometime in the latter part of July with an announcement being made when it is open for you to complete.

Cumulative folders for the class of 2017 will be purged after June 15, 2024, with transcripts being kept permanently. If you wish to pick up your cumulative folder, email Mrs. Hopper at thopper@smps.k12.ok.us or call the high school office at 580-989-3231, prior to June 15, 2024.

The first Little Miss S-M was held in conjunction with the Miss S-M/Mr. Irresistible contest. A group of precious little princesses! Bring your princess and join in the fun next year on May 13, 2025, at 6 p.m.

Congratulations to Dakota Walker chosen as Mr. Irresistible at last night's festivities and Hana Chapman chosen as Miss Sharon-Mutual! Triniti Mabra was first runner-up and Avery Groff was second runner-up. Bryson Farrell was Mr. Nearly-Irresistible, Carson Groff was Mr. Talent, Hutch Baggett was Mr. Beachwear, and Connor Morris was Mr. Likeable. Scholarships are awarded to the top three in each. Proceeds from the gate the night of the festivities go toward the scholarships.

Trojan successes today... Hutch Baggett was 6th in the 100 and 7th in the 200, Dakota Walker was 2nd in hurdles Great job guys!!

State track day 1 results: 4x100 missed the finals by one spot, 4x200 ran another record breaking time of 1.35.10 moving up from 14th to 10th place today. Tomorrow Hutch Baggett will be in the finals of the 100 and 200 meters. Dakota Walker is in the finals of the 300 hurdles with the fastest qualifying time from today. Nice job Trojans! Good luck tomorrow!!

Tiny Miss Sharon-Mutual Information
What & Who: Opportunity to include Sharon-Mutual girls in Pre-K through 3rd grade in the Miss Sharon-Mutual pageant.
When: Tuesday, May 14 at 6:00 p.m.
Where: Sharon-Mutual High School Gym, Mutual, OK
Why: To encourage and promote participation of Sharon-Mutual youth in future Miss Sharon Mutual pageants, and to involve community members and family in the lives, pursuits of Sharon-Mutual youth while raising money for scholarships.
All girls in Sharon-Mutual Pre-K through 3rd grade are invited to join us on Tuesday, May 14th for the 2024 Miss Sharon-Mutual pageant as Tiny Miss Sharon-Mutual representatives, and potential future Miss Sharon-Mutual contestants. Tiny Miss Sharon-Mutual participants may dress in their Sunday best, their favorite princess costume, or in formal dresses. This is intended to be a fun event for young girls, and an opportunity for them to meet and observe this yearās Miss Sharon-Mutual and Mr. Irresistible contestants compete for both title and scholarship money. Admission for the evening is $5.00 per person, and does assist in sustaining and growing the scholarship fund.
Students wishing to participate should plan to be at the Sharon-Mutual High School gym no later than 5:30 p.m., in their chosen dress/costume, so parents and students may be given instructions as to how the eveningās events will go.
Those wishing to participate are asked to answer a few questions about themselves (with the help of parents/family/guardians), and bring the form to the pageant or complete a digital form before the pageant (both forms linked below). The answers will be used to create a brief introduction of each young lady as they walk onto the stage, and are presented to the audience. There will be no contest, no winner(s) chosen or announced. There is no entry fee required.
