Itās time for CAMP RYLA!!! RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Award) is an amazing leadership camp for Sophomores going into their Junior year! Each year the Woodward Rotary Club sponsors several area Sophomores to participate in Camp RYLA.
This year, because of the uncertainty of the summer, the committee and district leadership have made the call to hold eRYLA (virtual camp RYLA) once again for our districts. With the restrictions, at this time, weāre not sure we could provide much of a transformative experience in person. We are, however, confident that we can provide a powerful, transformative experience in a virtual setting, as we have done and continue to do so.
Sophomores apply online, then the Woodward Rotary Club will select who will be attending. The camp costs $450.00 per student and the Woodward Rotary Club will pay for the camp for the selected students.
APPLICATIONS ā Due by April 1st
Please have students go to www.leadernu.com/eRYLA/d5750 to fill out the application. On this page, there is also a video for them about eRYLA as well as more information. To access the application, they should click the āAPPLY NOWā button. Once theyāve submitted the application, they will receive a confirmation email.
Applications officially open this week.
